How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 business days, and usually arrive in 3-10 business days. -
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes — you can select faster shipping options at checkout.

Jewelry Care & Materials

What are your pieces made of?
All of our jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating to resist tarnish, and set with high-grade cubic zirconia. -
Will my jewelry tarnish or turn my skin green?
No — the rhodium plating makes our pieces tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic, so they stay bright and won’t irritate skin. -
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or while working out?
Our pieces are made for everyday wear, but to keep them looking brand new, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, swimming pools, and heavy sweat.

Sizing & Fit

How do I know which bracelet length to order?
Most customers choose 7 inches for a standard fit. For a looser or tighter feel, measure your wrist and add about 0.5–1 inch. -
What’s the difference between the “Delicate” and “Classic” tennis bracelets?
The Delicate is 2mm wide for a subtle, minimalist look. The Classic is 3mm for more presence and sparkle. Both are designed to stack beautifully. -
Are your hoop earrings heavy?
No — our hoops are lightweight (2mm thick) with a secure huggie closure, so they’re comfortable for all-day wear.

Can I return or exchange my order?Because jewelry is a personal item and worn close to the skin, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. We take quality seriously — every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. If there’s ever an issue with your order, reach out to us right away at sirajewellers@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

Yes — all our jewelry comes in a ready-to-gift box. Add a note at checkout if it’s for a special occasion. -
